Should you return your order to us later than 7 working days of receipt but less than 21 working days of receipt we may, at our sole and unfettered discretion, issue you with a promotional code which can be redeemed soley on our online shop, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and are in their original, undamaged packaging.
Returns received outside the above time frames may be accepted at Our sole and unfettered discretion.

All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping costs.
Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety, We are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty:

• personal grooming products
• Beauty Products
Shoes that have been worn outside and / or returned without all their original undamaged packaging will NOT be accepted.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Pack the item(s) You wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging. If You wish to receive a refund please fully complete the Returns Note enclosed in Your parcel. We can only process a return if the Return Note has been fully completed.
Canada and U.S returns – attach the postage pre-paid label found on the Returns Note to the outside of the original delivery box. Please ensure that the package is sealed and the label is attached properly. Post the parcel at any Post Office and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in the space provided on the back of the Despatch Note for Your reference.

Exchanges / Replacements:
We can only exchange Products for the original Purchaser of the goods. If You require an exchange or replacement return the item(s) You wish to return in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging. Please fully complete the Returns Note in Your parcel. We can only process a return if the Returns Note has been fully completed. Receiving a Refund:
Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made by the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned goods in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
